- PURCHASE THE SET CORRESPONDING TO YOUR GAME BAT - PRO SET if you play a drop 3 bat between 32-24. ALL STAR SET if you play a drop 5 bat between 29-31. YOUTH SET if you play a drop 8-10 bat between 27-32 . SOFTBALL SET if you play a drop 8-12 bat between 32-24.
- THE SCIENCE OF OVERSPEED TRAINING - The VELO Overspeed Training System includes 1 bat 20% lighter than your game bat and 2 sleeves. The green sleeve will make the bat 10% lighter and the black sleeve will make the bat 5% heavier than your game bat. Following the science backed principles of overspeed training, the training always works from light to heavy to reduce the dynamic resistance of your swing, allowing your body to move much faster than normal.
- ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDED - Our easy to follow training videos with Elite Coach Matt Antonelli take about 10 minutes, 3x a week to start increasing your bat speed and exit velo within your first training session. Players see on average a 6% gain in bat speed in the first 6 weeks of training.
- TRACK YOUR SPEED GAINS - Add the PRGR Radar to measure dry swing speeds and exit velocity. Metrics include average speed, max speed, and swing count throughout the session. The PRGR comes with a tripod, phone holder, and carry bag and is a perfect addition to VELO Overspeed training to measure gains.
