Comes complete with an extra-long, durable, 54" length braided nylon hanging rope with S-hook to attach to doorway, ceiling, overhang, steel pipe, etc. to train any time. Same size as boxing glove for more realistic action. Swinging at different velocities can increase or decrease speed. Not developed for punching or striking.
