The OSI bike rack is new and improved for 1999. The top bike clamp now rotates independently, letting you turn it parallel to the rear of the vehicle when not in use. You can unload stuff fast and easy without ever removing your bikes. Just simply turn and pull, rotate the top plate, and swing the rack and bikes out of the way allowing full access to the rear of the vehicle. The bikes are securely gripped in a non-scratch padded channel. The rack is manufactured of heavy duty steel and durable black powder coat finish. The built in lock security holds the bikes locked to the rack.
