All models are spooled with Scotty HP Downrigger wire, made from tough stainless steel. These Scotty models are truly unmatched in the industry. The #2106 High Performance Downrigger's features include a 36"- 60" long, 1 1/4" diameter, telescoping stainless steel boom, an illuminated, resettable, sealed and silent digital line counter, 300 feet of 180 lb. test, 316 stainless steel downrigger wire, 1/2" Kevlar drive belt by Opt belt (the same belts used by superior European auto manufacturers), a clutch brake with the largest braking surface in the industry, a new adjustable stainless steel jacketed gimbal rod holder, line release and a swivel pedestal mount.
