Based on the SOLID SR1 and TiSpine models (with framelock type locking system), LionSTEEL decided to launch this knife that has a rear lock. The task was a challenge, considering the decision to use Micarta polymer for the construction of a monolithic part (the grip) using four-axis machining stations. Sleipner high quality tool steel blade features a high durability black PVD finish. The clip can be placed on either side of the handle, making this knife totally ambidextrous. The double spring locking mechanism ensures greater flexibility in the mechanism and improves the durability of the locking system. The TM1 is equipped with a tungsten carbide tip that can be used in emergency situations to break glass. This knife has a system based on bearings which facilitate the opening and closing of the blade, thus achieving an extremely smooth and comfortable operation. Finishes and materials are of first quality.
