• Includes Saf-T-Strap for added security. Saf-T-Strap provided prevents fore and aft straps from separating on motors with a sloping rear such as newer 4-STROKE MODELS. Will Work on most sloped rear motors with SAF-T-STRAP. ALL C-Level, Inc. products are manufactured in U.S.A.
