DMM's Halfnut, a single-wire, lightweight climbing nut, excels in shallow placements, pin scars, and situations where weight is crucial. Each size features a tailored alloy mix, with smaller nuts preventing shearing and larger ones providing greater bite. They can be placed in two orientations, covering a range of cracks, and excess weight is reduced by a hollow construction and grooved face for better seating. Color-coding aids in selecting the right size, matching Wild Country Rocks for minimal confusion. A 1-7 set is 38% lighter than equivalent Wallnut sets, ideal for fast and light approaches.
